Monesave Terms and Conditions

• in-App Tokens: Facilitating the buying, selling, and trading in-app token (MONC). These are no Crypto currencies and not tradeable for securities
• Payment Smart Rings: Providing access to smart payment ring technology for secure, contactless payments. These could be in eco products or jewellery
• Rewards and Loyalty cards: Facilitating the tracking of Rewards points using smart rings

5. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Use our Services to infringe on the rights of third parties.
• Distribute malicious software or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Violate any applicable laws, including local, regional, and international laws.

You agree to:

• Keep your account information and personal details up to date.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Use the Services in a way that complies with applicable regulations and Monesave’s guidelines.

8. Payment Processing

Monesave partners with third-party payment processors for cryptocurrency transactions and smart payment ring usage. You acknowledge and agree that any payments made through the platform may be subject to additional terms and conditions of these third-party processors.
